N.b. This tool is no longer necessary as it can be replaced

independently of iTunes. It can either be run manually or set to run
automatically as a task bar process.

You're trying to clean up your library and you come across some obscure untagged
file that you just can't identify... The Picard Tagger will attempt to construct
an audio fingerprint of your track and compare it with an online database. A bit
like Shazam, but
for your PC and can work with multiple tracks.

You'll need this if you want create or modify any scripts for iTunes for
Windows. You need a
free membership to
Apple Developer Connections in order to get access to the file. Once you
have your membership,
log in and go to Downloads -> Developer Tools. The entry for iTunes
COM for Windows SDK will be about 2/3 of the way down the page.
